SEVILLE HALF MARATHON
The Seville half marathon was established in 1995, almost three decades ago.
The half marathon is a long-distance race over 21.097 kilometres, i.e. half a marathon. The San Pablo de Sevilla Athletics Club, the promoter of the EDP Seville Half Marathon, will hold the 28th edition in 2023. The EDP Half Marathon in Seville is the flattest half marathon held to date in Europe, which makes it a good race to achieve great times.
The route starts and finishes at the Buenos Aires roundabout, which is absolutely flat and spectacular, and takes participants through the city centre and many of the downtown areas of the old quarter, including the Torre del Oro, the Maestranza, the Town Hall, the Cathedral, María Luisa Park or the Plaza de España, among many other iconic places in Seville.
